E-liquids Cannot be Returned/Exchanged!

E-liquids cannot be returned/exchanged under any circumstances. E-liquids are classified as perishable goods and most importantly is a product which is ingested. As such we at Vape by Ffenics must protect all of our customers from the possibility of E-liquids being tampered with. Please ensure your E-liquid is of suitable nicotine strength and is capable of use in your intended device before purchase.

Disposables Have No Warranty!

Due to the consumable and disposable nature of our disposable vape products, there is no warranty on disposables, aside from a “Dead on Arrival” warranty. 

Pods and Coils

Any and all pods/coils purchased from Vape by Ffenics have a no-return/exchange policy due to the nature of pods/coils having a variable lifespan. Please ensure that you choose the correct pods/coils for your intended device.
